With consideration of an existing long term nursing shortage, we are bringing promise from abroad. We recruit nurses from various English-speaking countries around the world based on the following criteria:
ICHP Certification
2 yrs current experience in major hospitals
BSN grade point average 85%(3.0 minimum)
RN Board Rating 78%

Legal firm processes immigrant visas for nurses to enable legal entry to the USA.

The agency provides flying and housing arrangements
|
|
The agency prepares and guides the nurses in obtaining nursing licensure in the U.S.A., which is passing the NCLEX
|
|
Facility client provides orientation and nursing services may start
|
|
|
Nurses sign a 3 year contract with Nurse Services, of which the first twelve months they work in the facility for the agency at our general contract rate. The remaining two years on the contract may, at facility's interest, get assigned to the hospital at no charge.
